Answer:

Informs parents of teenagers' changing needs, signaling a need for adjustments in the parent–child relationship.

Explanation:

Mild to moderate conflict is a common component of family life and can frequently intensify through teenage years because it’s natural for teenagers to seek independence and freedom from their parents. Different opinions, lack of communication, changes in the family, sibling rivalry or discipline problems may be other causes of family conflict.

Hoochie [10]

Answer:

Chocolate (Independent variable)

Explanation:

The independent variable is manipulative. The experimenter can manipulate it. It produces one or more results in a study called the dependent variable. It is called the independent variable because its variation doesn't depend on another variable in an experiment. The independent variable can be controlled or manipulated only by the researcher or experimenter.

For example:

Amount of water and fertilizer provide a tree. Water and fertilizer is an (independent variable) which can be manipulated by the experimenter.

Result: Height of the tree depends on water and fertilizer quantity (dependent variable) which can not be manipulated by researcher.

Arte-miy333 [17]

The following is missing for the question to be complete:

Rehearsing

Selective expectation

Selective memory

Active listening

Answer:    Selective expectation

Explanation:  Selective expectation refers to the psychological cognitive bias that makes one perceive what they want or think they need to perceive. In other words, what someone expects to be the outcome of his action, such as Eric, affects his perception of Sara. This means that what Eric biases to happen if he wants to talk to Sara about his problems and difficulties in the workplace, determines his perception of Sara, meaning in Eric's opinion that Sara won't want or have the time to listen to him. However, apart from the biased expectation of determining someone's, say Eric's, observations, they are influenced by the degree to which something stands out. If Sara is often unable to deal with employees' problems because of a job that works, then it is visible and highlighted as something that will determine one's, Eric's, perception of her more often as a manager who is uninterested in employee problems, than a manager is stuck business.

Perhaps, if Eric would approach his problems decisively and eloquently, and without any expectation in advance, but only with a determined attitude to present his problems, Sara as a top manager would probably listen to him.

Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

The two types of loans available are Secured loans and Unsecured loans. They differ from one and other due to a secured loan being one that requires you to offer something of value, such as your car or the home you reside in, which you will lose if you cannot pay off the loan. Whilst an Unsecured loan is when the lender does not require you to put down collateral to take out the loan. The lender trusts that you will pay them back, through a bank, credit union, or online lender. If you don’t pay the money back, the lender must go to court to get their coinage.

Hope this helps! Good luck with the assignment!
