Living beings like human beings assembles there body temperature by producing the right amount of energy by the process of thermogenesis. Mainly, in the form of shivering which makes a human to live inside the cold climates.
Along, with that we have the releasing of excessive amount of water molecules from the body making it able to survive inside the hot climates.
