torisob [31]

Answer:

Music was everywhere in New York City. Pedro loved to sing and dance to the city's rhythms. He wished to play a musical instrument some day. One day, Pedro learned that a venue was holding student concerts and that children would be able to learn about instruments and then perform. His father registered him and Pedro began to practice on the recorder. It was challenging at first and he gave up. Pedro explained to his father that he would not be participating in the concert afterall. "I know how excited you were," he said to Pedro. "I would hate for you to give up. You need to keep on trying." Pedro agreed to continue practicing and after weeks he noticed that it was getting easier. Pedro proudly took his place in the concert and listened to his recorder create a beautiful melody alongside the rest of the students'.

What does 3rd person omniscient mean
Marta_Voda [28]
"<span>The third-person omniscient point of view is a method of storytelling in which the narrator knows the thoughts and feelings of all of the characters in the story, as opposed to third-person limited, which adheres closely to one character's -- usually the main character's -- perspective.</span>" -study.com

omni - all, scient - knowing.

Basically,

In a third-person limited the narrator knows their own thoughts and feelings, but can only infer as to those of the rest of the characters.

In third person omniscient, the narrator knows the feelings and thoughts of, not only themselves but of all the characters present in the story.
