Sine = \dfrac{\text{opposite}}{\text{hypotenuse}}
sine = \dfrac{3}{3 \sqrt{5}}
sine = \dfrac{1}{ \sqrt{5} }

Cosecant is reciprocal of sine, that means
cosecant = \dfrac{1}{\text{sine}}

input the value of sine
cosecant = \dfrac{1}{ \dfrac{1}{ \sqrt{5} } }
cosecant = 1: \dfrac{1}{ \sqrt{5}}
cosecant = 1 \times  \dfrac{ \sqrt{5} } {1}
cosecant = \sqrt{5}

The answer is first option

Mr. Lane is 6 feet 4 inches tall. His daughter, Mary, is 3 feet 8 inches shorter than her father. His son is 9 inches taller tha
algol [13]
2 feet and 1 in. Explanation is subtract 3’8 from 6’4 then add 9in too it. Feet can only go to 12in. But you’ll get 3’4. Then add 9 and you’ll get 3’13 so you’ll get 4’1 and then just subtract that from 6’4 and you get 2’1

A triangle has an area of 35 square inches. the length of one of the sides it 10 inches. what is the length of the perimeter? in
Serggg [28]
The perimeter would be about 34.4 because if you choose the bottom side to be ten, by multiplying 35 by 2 to get 70 you can divide by 10 to get 7. Since you know the height and width, you can use pythagorean theorem, a^2 + b^2 = c^2. Plug in the numbers you have 10^2+7^2=c^2. c^2=149, so if you square root 149 you will get a irrational number but when rounded you get 12.2- so that is one side multiply by 2 and get 24.4- and add 10 to get 34.4

Mr. Drumm is purchasing tickets for a school museum visit. The Museum of Natural History charges a $25 group fee plus $5 per stu
Greeley [361]

Answer:

10 tickets

Step-by-step explanation:

25 + 5x = 35 + 4x

solve for x:

subtract 25 from both sides...

5x = 35 - 25 + 4x

subtract 4x from both sides...

5x - 4x = 10

x = 10, 10 tickets.
