t became the House of Burgess's — the first legislative assembly in the American colonies. The first assembly met on July 30, 1619, in the church at Jamestown. Present were Governor Yeardley, Council, and 22 burgesses representing 11 plantations (or settlements) Burgess's were elected representatives and that's all i know

The leisure activities have been reduced since a mass culture has been developed and basically everyone watches it or does it, like now when everyone uses facebook or everyone watches reality tv shows.
