In the world today, there are still a lot of examples of governments whose systems are unlimited, which means, a system where there are no limitations placed on the government itself. General systems known for this characteristic are dictatorships, theocracies, oligarchies and absolute monarchies. And even though in general the world has seen a shift from such unlimited government systems, there are still several cases of them.
Probably one of the best known cases on unlimited governments, would be North Korea. In this system, the people have very little say, and have very little power, and there are seldom, if any, limitations to what the government can do, including violating the rights of its citizens. North Korea is a non-example because hopefully its system will not be copied by others, and thankfully, most countries have shifted from unlimited, to limited government.
