Health

This is a term known as tolerance. Tolerance is an extremely dangerous aspect of illicit and even medicinal drug use for one reason; It is a mental issue, instead of more than a physical issue... however it is one that affects the physical body. Because a patient can develop a tolerance towards drugs, they may be pushed toward taking more of that drug, however this is dangerous for the physical body, because that is not where the drug has developed tolerance toward, so the more drugs they take, the more worse off the body will get.

Explain how individuals living with a smoker might benefit once he or she quits smoking.
Nitella [24]
They have a lower chance of second hand smoking, which is one of the leading causes to lung cancer for non-smokers. Also if given the fact that the smoker is a spouse, they won't have the price to smoke regularly taken out of their shared salaries. Finally above, if the smoker was to quit, they have a a greater possibility to live longer, refrain from injuries (such as removed limbs, the falling out of teeth, cancer, a stoma being placed in their neck, the discoloration of teeth and nails, excessive ageing, ect.) and there forth saving the individual from mutual emotional stress of dealing with a known, or loved one going through the possible side effects in the future.

PLEASE HELP Are fast food restaurants getting healthier? Why or why not If you answered Yes then list 2 changes fast food restau
lara31 [8.8K]

Answer:

No they have not been getting "healthier".While fast-food chains have ostensibly been trying to offer more healthful options, a new study finds that the health impact of their menus has not improved — to the contrary, in fact.

Explanation:

The entire point of fast food is that it is cheap and quick to make. Healthier food is more expensive, at least assuming that you want food that is at all filling (a light salad and some fruit can be ready quickly but it won't fill you up). It will also take more effort to make it appetizing.
