Let's look at 4th powers:  1^4 = 1, 2^4 = 16, 3^4 = 81, and so on.  Do you see a perfect fourth power under the radical?  Hint:  Think of '2.'  What is the fourth power of 2?  

More hints:  Separate the given expression into:  [ 4th root of 3]*[4th power of 16] * [4th root of n ].
