This is antonym/contrast. Antonym means the opposite. This is used to define tame. Tame is the cat sleeping (these are the same), and "wild when awake" is the comparison since sleeping and awake are the total opposites as are tame and wild. There is not definition/example, so you can't use that, which rules out all of the above, and since we are comparing to like things, it is not a synonym.

I believe it is synonym/compare. It shows the reader that tame is like sleeping peacefully. Then it compares when it is awake and wild.

good luck!

What should you pay close attention to when you're analyzing the tone of an informational text?
Colt1911 [192]

Answer: Supporting details

Explanation:

The main feature of an informative text is to inform clearly and objectively. It presents citations, sources, data and research to prove its credibility. So we can understand that the supporting details is the correct answer.

Signal words are not the fundamental basis for informative text, because the vocabulary used should only be clear and objective.

As for structure, in the case of informative texts, structure, content overlaps with form.

In relation to diction, it has no connection to the structure of the text, because diction is to speech while we are talking about written and unspoken text.
