In general, you should include work experience and responsibilities on a resume. Under each job that you've had, or volunteer position you've been in, you should detail the responsibilities in terms of skills that you used that could be transferable to jobs both in the same field and in different fields.

The resume should also include your education history, particularly the highest level you have achieved.
