One of the ways that nationalism affected Europe were the numerous uprising and riots of the local population that demanded more rights to speak their language and have power over their own affairs. For example, Poland had a number of uprisings that sought to achieve independence of the countries ruling its territory (Russia and Prussia): for example the Greater Poland uprising of 1848.

Novay_Z [31]

Answer:

the treaty placed a LOT of blame on Germany.

Explanation:

this made them very angry, and because of the unfairness of it, other countries felt a bit guilty. this let Germany get away with things that normally would NOT be allowed. it established a policy of tolerance. This allowed Germany to gain a LOT of power by doing what they wanted, and by this time, it was difficult to stop them without rocking the boat and creating a second world war.
