Because it was mainly Europe that was Christian. Asia was for example mostly Buddhist, Confucian, and Hindu. The Middle East and Northern Africa was Islamic. The rest of the world was influenced by Europe and it’s Christianity.

I don't think B is correct because the judicial branch is supposed to act as a check against the executive branch and therefore cannot be instructed to rule a certain way by any president, and I don't think C is correct because changes to the bill of rights would have less impact on interpretation of the constitution and more of an impact on the constitution/law itself
The reunification of German was through force during the reign of Bismarck. The first war of unification was the Danish War in 1862. This was followed by the Austro-Prussian war in 1866. In the end, Bismarck used the Franco-Prussian war of 1870-71 to unify the states of north Germany
