He does say he is at a cross roads. So the paragraph he should choose is A. He has to compare the 2 choices. That leaves only C. The given statement does not lead you to believe that he looks at the Triumph as an investment. I would therefore choose C as your answer, although if you were writing an essay, you could likely defend it.
