The entire story is a dream sequence after the main characters eat some berries if I’m not mistaken. The play happening in the summer months make the storyline a complete midsummer nights dream

Well the mood is dark and mysterious. for mood there is realy not only one set answer tho because u could put multiple words In for the vibe it gives off, it's really just how the poem makes the reader feel. the tone is serious. you can tell by the narrator's usage of the words "darkly rebel to my work."
