Do you realise it's all on the same planet? If we lose the huge forests of the southern hemisphere the whole world will be at a loss of:
Wildlife-A number of various species
Various tribes who live in the forests will lose their homes and way of life
Then of course oxygen, with massive amounts of air pollution coming from human day to day life it needs somewhere to be converted back to Oxygen so we can live. If we lost the rain forests I doubt the Earths other forests would be able to keep up and we would DIE. (My opinion and thoughts).
