The protestant reformation was a movement against the spiritual and political powers of the Church in the Roman countries. The invention of the printing press helped in the printing of the scared books and reach to all the people. People were now able to read and learn about God and the preaching without the assistance or without relying on any church officials. The printing press accelerated the availability of the books. In this way, the printing press made it difficult for the Catholic church to stop the reformation.
