While B is unbiased and accurate, A gives more of a personal account and therefore is "more" accurate.

I would say B becuase the officer would be biased against the students, the students would be biased against the officer, and the mother would be biased against the officer. A judge is supposed to go over the facts of a case and decide on a reasonable punishment.
