If the president was under arrest because of something one had done or if the president was going to die and then there would be desperate need of a president which then the Vice President would take over

The fundamental social classes were: the feudal lord, the serf and the clergy. The feudal lord ruled the fief, dispensed justice, and collected taxes. Although thw monarchy was the form of goverment, the feudal lord had the power at a local power. Culture was controlled by the Church.

US vs. Nixon was the Supreme Court case that was focused around whether or not Nixon would be forced to release tape recordings and other evidence to federal courts.

In a unanimous decision, the court ruled he must disclose these documents. Essentially, this court ruled that just like other citizens, Nixon is not above the law. When any individual is subpoena for records they must provide them, including the president.
