I believe the answer is humanistic approach. The humanistic approach is aimed to help the patient gain some sense of meaning in their life. This approach believes that by making individuals appreciate themselves, their thought process in the handlong problem wouldn't cause any damage to their psych and they tend to be more effective in overall aspects of their life.
