The president was Warren G. Harding, and the issue is known as the "Teapot Dome Scandal." The bribery scandal involved Secreatry of the Interior Albert Bacon Fall, who had leased Navy petroleum reserves to private oil companies at low rates and without competitive bidding. These reserves were located in Wyoming (Teapot Dome Oil Field) and California (Elk Hill Oil Fields).

Wyoming was the State under the Presidentship of Warren G. Harding.

Further Explanations:

Warren G. Harding the 29th President of the U.S born on 2nd November 1865 continued to his office until his demise on 2nd August 1923. As a candidate of the Republican Party, he was among the most popular presidents of that time. After his death, many scandals came to light including his extramarital relation with Ana Britton and, Teapot Dome scandal. He is also often rated as the worst presidents of the United States.

During the 20th Century, the U.S navy converted coal to fuel oil and made sure that they have enough fuel reserve as naval oil reserve. When Harding became President in 1921, he transferred the sway of Teapot Dome Oil field of Natrona, Wyoming to the Department of Interior and then it continued until Navy Secretary Edwin C. Denby persuaded it to transfer the control. It was then transferred to the Harry F. Dohney of Sinclair Oil Corporation.

Both the lease were issued without any proper bidding and was legalized under the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920.hading received a total amount of 5.67 million bribe in November 1921 from both Doheny and Sinclair for this favor.

There are twenty nine teams based in the US. There is only one team in Canada. The name of the team in Canada is Toronto Raptors.

Tuesday
Most of the NBA teams are located in the western part of the US. There are 4 teams in California, namely, Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, and Los Angeles Clippers.

Wednesday
Mavericks, Rockets, and Spurs are all located in Texas. The Mavericks is the team located in the Northeastern part.

Teams located in the Pacific Northwestern part of the US are Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, and Golden State. But if you're talking about all the members of the Pacific and Northwest teams, then those that are located in the Pacific are Sacramento, Golden State, Los Angeles (Clippers and Lakers), and Phoenix while those in the Northwest area are Denver, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Portland, and Utah.

Thursday

The Bulls franchise is located in Chicago, Illinois; The Lakers in Los Angeles, California; and the The Spurs in San Antonio, Texas.

NBA teams located in the North Central area of the US are the Bulls, Cavaliers, Pistons, Pacers, and Bucks.

Friday
Teams in the Atlantic Division are the Celtics, Nets, Knicks, 76ers, Raptors. Teams in the Pacific Division are Warriors, Lakers, Clippers, Suns, and the Kings.

I'd pick Honolulu, Hawaii. The name would be Honolulu Alohas because 'aloha' which is Hawaiian for 'hello' clearly fits the essence of a friendly and tourism feel of Hawaii.

Explanation:

Mrs. Barnhart is teaching her students about main idea. She displays a paragraph on the overhead with a summary sentence below it that states the main idea. Her display on the overhead would be best described as: focus.

By Mrs. Barnhart teaching her students about main idea and she displaying on the overhead she is training the students to focus on the main idea so as for that to have a firm understanding of what it is to put their focus on what is necessary.
