The answer is: the genetic code is shared by all organisms.


Explanation: Genetic engineering means changing the DNA sequence by adding DNA from another source. We can easily insert DNA into another organism/ bacteria because they share the same genetic code/base paring rules. Genetic code include: Adenine with thymine and cytosine with guanine.
