A 1 degree change in Kelvin means 1 degree change in Celsius. So the first answer is the correct one. The difference is that the Kelvin scale starts at the absolute zero temperature, therefore it can't have negative values.

The lower fixed point and upper fixed point of the kelvin scale is 273 K and 373 K respectively. It is divided into 100 equal parts, each part is called 1 Kelvin.

Whereas, the lower fixed point and upper fixed point of the celsius scale is 0 degree and 100 degree respectively. It is also divided into 100 equal parts, each part is called 1 degree.

Hence, the change in 1 degree on celsius scale is equal to 1 degree on the kelvin scale.
