You need to know what your word to start off is, then you need to know at the three first letters of your word.
I think it’s because Jerry didn’t want to fight at the rumble. I’m not completely sure though.
You start out with who you are you say your name and age. then you put why your emailing the person and explain what you situation or story then you end it by thanking then and hoping they will respond
