Artists use shadows, contrast, and size difference to give depth. If a floral artist were to use these tricks to convey depth in art, they would want flowers or whatever greenery is added to the piece that is in the background to be darker and larger, and the flowers closer to the viewer to be smaller and brighter. Use lighting to convey distance!!
Well it depends on how well you take care of it, they don't really have a certin amount of times that you can use it un'till you have to get rid of it
