I think it is accent marks and re-spelling because they always have accent marks when they are trying to help you pronounce the word and they help you recognize what letters to pronounce how to pronounce them.
Having a good attitude is truly helpful when going through difficult moments. I want to provide an example about someone who has been important in my life:
My grandpa suffered a stroke at his 70 and his face ended up partially paralyzed. He was positive and confident that he would recover from this and that he would be able to have full control over his face muscles. He started some kind of physical therapy and with his determination and proper attitude, he was finally able to make gestures with his face in two months (without a single trace of facial paralysis).
