The Paris peace Conference DID NOT solve the issues that Eastern Europe faced after the 1st world war. IF anything, it initiated the second world war. #1: Germany was angry that they had to pay huge amounts of money, and lost some land #2: Japan didn't get the things they really wanted #3: Even though Russia was on the winning side, because they had to drop out (because of a civil war), they also lost land #4: Italy was extremely disappointed of the amount of land they gained.
Because of these points, World War 2 started. But it wasn't just these. There were other problems too. But these have to do with the Paris Peace Conference.
