Answer:  - \frac{9}{z^5}

Explanation:

The simplification of that expression is done in this way:

1) The negative sign is placed in front of the whole fraction

2) 27 is divided by 3 resulting in 9: 27 / 3 = 9

3) x^2 on the numerator cancels out with x^2 of the denominator

4) z on the numerator is cancelled out with 1 z of the denominator and the result is z^5 in the denominatoir.

All that yields to :

      9
- --------
    z^5

Using the math editor it is:  - \frac{9}{z^5}

In the last election, 60% of the class members voted. If the class has 120 members, how many members voted in the last election?
horrorfan [7]
That is a pretty apathetic class. now if you want to to this one, it is mental math. 60% is = to 50% +10%
50% of 120 is 60 and 10% of 12
60+12 is 72
the answer is 72 or A
hope this helps

Don't understand what I have to do in order to find out what I have to plot.
pochemuha

(1, 22), (3, 18), (5,14), (6, 13), (8,5)

(1, 23), (3, 18), (5,14), (6, 11), (8,7)

you plot there on a graph. do you know how to place on a graph?

if not, the line going up and down is the x-axis and the line going side to side is the y-axis,

for example (4,7) it would be (x,y)

i really hope this helps :)

Summer has an offer to buy an item with a sticker price of $13,200 by paying $460 a month for 36 months. What interest rate is S
AysviL [449]

Answer:

the annual interest rate is 7.583%

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given

Summer has an offer to buy an item with a sticker price of $13,200

so, we have

P=13200

paying $460 a month for 36 months

so, we can find total amount

A=460\times 36

A=16560

Let's assume

annual interest is r

total time =36 months

so, total number of years =3

Since, it is compounded monthly

so, n=12

now, we can use formula

A=P(1+\frac{r}{n} )^{nt}

now, we can plug values

16560=13200(1+\frac{r}{12} )^{36}

now, we can solve solve for r

(1+\frac{r}{12} )^{36}=\frac{16560}{13200}

r=0.07583

So, the annual interest rate is 7.583%
