So we have the inequality $|b| \geq 10$. To solve it we are going to use the proper tie of inequalities that says that if we have a greater than absolute value inequality, its solution will always have two parts. In other words, given $|x|\ \textgreater \ a$ its solution will have two parts: $x\ \textless \ -a$ and $a\ \textgreater \ a$. Lets apply this to our problem:
$|b| \geq 10$
$b \leq -10$ or $b \geq 10$

We can conclude that the solution set of our inequality is (-∞,-10]U[10,∞)
