1. According to me the issue of bias in criminal profiling has increased and getting worse with the passing time. As we have noticed that the cases in which rich people are involved, those cases are investigated properly and suspect bribe the law enforcement agenciesto close the case as soon as possible and it hardly happen crime of rich people got caught before the condition get worse.
2. There can be many effective steps to prevent biased criminal profiling such as :
For law enforcement officials: officials appointed for the case should have clean working background and should be well trained to handle worse cases.
lawmakers: Lawmakers should develops strcict laws angainst any biasness in investigation whether it sagainst law enforcement officials or people involved.
Society: People should remain aware and educated, so that they can understand they can notice the unfairness happening in the society.
So, Criminal profiling should not be biased as it can damage the security of society.
