The Bible has 150 psalms divided into five sections.

Book 1 contains Psalm 1 to 41
Book 2 contains Psalm 42 to 72
Book 3 contains Psalm 73 to 89
Book 4 contains Psalm 90 to 106
Book 5 contains Psalm 107 to 150.

Out of 150 Psalms, 73 Psalms are all attributed to King David.
