Pretty sure it pertains to NATO in the context of: ''you attack one of us, you attak us all.'' Meaning that if one country in NATO is attacked or threatened you attack or threaten all the countries in NATO

In the context of the musketeers, it means that when one is attacked, the other three stand by them. They support each and every one of their friends. Each and every one of the is also loyal to their established group. In NATO, it means if one county is attacked, all the others support and each country is loyal to NATO.

How does garibaldi manifesto turn the war for unification in southern italy into a popular campaign how does garibaldi portray t
irina1246 [14]

Garibaldi summoned every Italian to be part of the Sicilian fight all the enemies of Italy and to fight also for Italy. He said "Let us fight for our brothers. He emphasized the power of unification. He portrayed the struggle for unification as a battle against tyranny when he wrote: "the tottering thrones of tyranny will fall to pieces, and the whole country will rise like one man". And Treitschke based the German claim to Alsace and Lorraine by assuring German domination in the language and culture. And he was ignored due to the fact that it is only morally right to annex one state.

How did airplanes revolutionize communication as well as transportation
Anuta_ua [19.1K]
Golly this one sure is hard. It eliminated the need for mail to be carried via roads or rail lines, and things (and people) could be carried directly to the destination's nearest airport instead of all the way down the winding roads to it.

amm1812

Answer:

Jay caught 18, Blair caught 9.

Explanation:

Not sure this is history, but...

If Jay caught twice as many as Blair, that is in the ratio 2:1.

Two add one is three, and 27/3 is 9. Multiply the 9 into the ratio (2x9, 1x9) to give you 18 for Jay and 9 for Blair.

solmaris [256]
San Francisco is very close to a fault, or a place where 2 tectonic plates meet and push against each other. When these plates shift it causes seismic activity, or strong waves of force. These waves of force are so strong that they move and shake the earth, these are called tremors, and they turn are what you feel during an earthquake. When more shakes are felt, the energy released is called an aftershock. What caused the San Francisco earthquake was the shifting of tectonic plates.
