The simple sentence is c. animal testing is a cruel way to advance the progress of science.

You can classify simple and complex sentences by the number of verbs in it
You can see, in the other sentences, that they have two conjugated verbs and they have words like "because", "and" it's like they are giving more than one information:
a.because animal testing is so cruel, it should be stopped immediately.
b. the practice of animal testing should be stopped and the labs dismantled.
c.animal testing is a cruel way to advance the progress of science.
d.animal testing is cruel because animals suffer horrible deaths.

Answer:

Explanation:

(1) The defective enzyme, which was suppose to break down drugs, is an oxidoreductase. Since, enzymes that break down drugs or metabolic enzymes perform there functions by oxidizing the drugs.

(2) Both codes are triplet codes for the enzyme; however the normal triplet code ought to be ATT, however there was a point mutation causing the "A" to be "C". These letters represent the bases in the DNA, ATT is adenine-thymine-thymine while CTT is cytosine-thymine-thymine.

Tell me a little about prokaryotes and eukaryotes. What do these types of cells have in common? How are they different?
beks73 [17]

Hi There!

Tell me a little about prokaryotic and eukaryotes.

What do these types of cells have in common?

How are they different?

2 very common similarities between the types of cells is that they both have a certain type of structure and all cells have a plasma membrane, DNA, ribosome, etc. They are different in a way that eukaryotes have a "membrane-bound organelle" which usualy includes it having a nucleus. Whats cool is that eukaryotes can be multicellular or singled celled> For Example, plants, insects, and fungi. Prokaryotes don't have a nucleus or organelle (membrane bound).

Hope This Helps :)
