Briefly explain five contributory factors to most accidents in the world

1) Unalert- not paying attention

2) Collisions- things happen to bump into each other, maybe call it a coincidence

3) Not focused- you are there but the mind isn't

4) Lack of emotion ( not caring )- the people who think nothing bad can happen to them and this causes a uncaring attitude toward others

5) Planning to fail against failure- Kind of like 4 but also includes other factors that deals with a person's experience
