Answer:

In order to improve trade relations between the United States and Cuba, a president might remove trade sanctions on Cuba.

Explanation:

The embargo of the United States against Cuba is an economic and financial embargo imposed on Cuba by the United States since 8 February 1962. The biggest proponents of the embargo were the Cuban exiles who still live in large numbers in Florida. Most politicians have adopted their position. Businessmen argue against the embargo that trade between the United States and Cuba would lead to a better relationship between both countries.

Answer- the arms race was so important because it helped fuel the cold war the cold war was based off the arms race because nations were simultaneously producing technology better than eachother or trying to prove to eachother that if another country could do it so could they.
