Hunters are allowed to put down an animal. But, in extreme forest conditions, the hunter himself also must be aware of the weapon he’s using and use it safely.

Focus on the target carefully and also be aware of the surroundings.
Put the finger outside the trigger guard unless you are ready to fire.
Put the muzzle of a firearm in a safe direction.

Hunters are becoming a controversial topic these past years. People are protesting the killing of innocent animals.
A responsible hunter must be aware of these things and should only hunt in places and hunt down animals that are in the legal side of the law.
He /she should also be extra careful with the firearm and be aware of the surroundings.
