ELEN [110]

Answer:

D. The commander in chief role addresses major problems, while the chief of state role is mostly symbolic.

Explanation:

The roles of commander in chief and chief of state are significantly different. The commander in chief is the ultimate authority of all United States Armed Forces. This enables him to make important decisions during times of crises, although the specific level of this power has varied throughout history. On the other hand, the chief of state role is mostly a symbolic position. It identifies the President as the head of the government and symbol of all the people.

In 1638, why was Anne Hutchinson banished from the Massachusetts Bay Colony?A.for starting her own church
QveST [7]

The answer is D. Anne Hutchinson was trialed in 1637, and then she was forced to leave from the Massachusetts Bay in 1638 for preaching in her home, which was considered heresy. She began preaching for a group of women, and eventually, men and other ministers were attending her preaching’s.

The growing crowd attending her preaching´s attracted the attention of other orthodox ministers. Her ideas were different from the local puritans in that she considered to be more important a personal faith with God rather than to be present at church and doing good deeds to others. This personal faith was called Calvinism.
