How many triangles can be constructed with angles measuring 50,90,40

Mathematics

Only two triangles:
The 90* angle is stable, so you can change only the position of the 50* and 40* angles.
1 triangle: 40* is right to the 90*
2 triangle: 40* is left to the 90*

Hope this helped you!

So you are finding M
90+x+15+3x+15=180
4x=60
X = 15
LMN = 15+15
LMN = 30
hopefully this is correct :)

Volume of prism = area of base * height
                           = area of triangle * height
         (in this case triangle)
Volume = ( 0.5*13*13)*7
             = (84.5)*7
             = 591.5
answer is C

For a scale of 1cm: 12km what is the actual length represented by 1.7 cm
madreJ [45]
It would be 20.4 km because if 1cm is 12km then you just have to multiply 1.7 x 12 = 20.4.
