I think that Professor Shlemiel from "The Day I got Lost" is a COMPLEX character.

The explanation is the following:

A flat character is relatively uncomplicated and does not change throughout the story. However, Professor Schlemiel is a complex character because he develops throughout the story. He always seems to forget things, but somehow his memory improved and he managed to tell us the whole story of his experience in a detailed and extraordinary way.

Which reading strategy will best help you gain understanding during reading?
chubhunter [2.5K]

Answer:

A) Summarizing

Explanation:

If you are able to summarize what you just read, you know that you understood everything.

Questioning isn't the best strategy because the questions aren't always helpful. Making predictions doesn't help you understand what you read. Skimming just makes whatever you're reading even more challenging, therefore leaving only summarizing.

Hope it helps!

Umnica [9.8K]

Answer:

Squealer is the charatcter that frequently specks with ironic sarcasm

Explanation:

He is Nalopean mouth piece and tells lies and tries to make everything better than it is.

Clover secrtly does not trust Nalopean and does not use much if any sarcasm

Boxer does not use sarcasm his, he has two mottos work harder and Nalopean is always right he is (he is one of my favortie charaters)

Snowball does not even stay on animal farm that long he is chased of by a bunch of dog that Naloepon raises in chapter 4 or 5 (sorry do not really remeber) and is used as the escape goat for everything that goes wrong for the rest of the book
