How did Africa’s climate shape the development of its civilizations?

Of course, we all know that Africa's climate is generally pretty hot. This caused the civilizations to depend heavily on few sources of water scattered around Africa, like the Nile River. This then made them build their civilizations around these sources of water, to end up relying on these, for food, water, and just life.

The Equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment requires that States do not in any way, discriminate against anyone in the enforcement of its laws but rather ensure that everyone under their jurisdiction gets the same protection under their laws.
