What does the imagery in this passage help readers envision? What does this imagery most clearly emphasize to readers?
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

Answer in the Explanation section v

Explanation:

What does the imagery in this passage help readers envision?

Well, I can not see what passage or what picture but I know this. Imagery normal helps readers envision what's happening in the story. Imagery helps them get a better understanding.

What does this imagery most clearly emphasize to the readers?

I don't exactly know what imagery but I do know that images most clearly emphasize the actions the characters doing or what they are talking about or where they are or maybe even what the character is imagining. So imagery basically emphasizes things that the author wants you to think about instead of imagining they are showing a clear picture.

Hopefully, this helps. If I made a mistake feel free to correct me. :)

Which excerpt from Silent Spring best appeals to readers’ pathos? So it had been from the days many years ago when the first set
Nikolay [14]
Hello there

Which excerpt from Silent Spring best appeals to readers’ pathos? So it had been from the days many years ago when the first settlers raised their houses, sank their wells, and built their barns. The town lay in the midst of a checkerboard of prosperous farms, with fields of grain and hillsides of orchards where, in spring, white clouds of bloom drifted above the green fields. In autumn, oak and maple and birch set up a blaze of color that flamed and flickered across a backdrop of pines. The countryside was, in fact, famous for the abundance and variety of its bird life, and when the flood of migrants was pouring through in spring and fall people traveled from great distances to observe them. Yet every one of these disasters has actually happened somewhere, and many real communities have already suffered a substantial number of them. A grim specter has crept upon us almost unnoticed, and this imagined tragedy may easily become a stark reality we all shall know.

Read "Swing Song" by A. A. Milne. Here I go up in my swing Ever so high. I am the King of the fields, and the King Of the town.
marissa [1.9K]

Answer: The repeated words explain the child's imaginary powers.

Explanation:

I think you were asking for an answer to multiple choice, yes? Repitition often is used to add power or importance to a statement being made. By repeating the certain words of "King" and "Swing" you can get a sense of power that is meant to be created. The author is using it to stress the child-like imagination in the excerpt. Hopefully this answered your question and if not I'm happy to try again.
