The existence of quotations from the poem is suggestive of the fact that the author uses a formal style. (Option A)

What is a formal style?

Long, intricate phrases, an academic vocabulary, and a persistently somber tone are characteristics of formal style.

With formal styles, grammar standards are strictly followed, and the content is considerable.

When you use quotations to indicate that you have referenced a material, that shows that you are using a formal style.

It is to be noted that this is a general answer about formal style due to the amount of information available.

I need help writring a poem that Has smile, imagery, personification,
777dan777 [17]
Well, simile is a comparison using like or as. Ex: His hair was as white as snow. I am unsure of imagery. Personification is describing inanimate things with human traits. Ex: The sun smiled down at the Earth. Metaphor is directly saying that one thing is another thing. Ex: The shoes were cement on her feet. I am unsure of tone. And hyperbole is like an exaggeration. Ex: The book weighed a ton.

How might “Moctezuma II” have been different if the author chose to write the story of Moctezuma’s imprisonment as a poem? Use a
Xelga [282]

If it would have been a poem instead of a story, then so much detailing of the lesson would not have been possible and the length of the poem would have been very long. Deciding the theme of the poem would have been difficult because the reason of imprisonment was not very clear.

Explanation:

If instead of a story, the author would have written the imprisonment of Moctezuma II as a poem, it would not had been a good poem because the exact reason of the imprisonment of the emperor was not very clear so it would have been a hurdle for deciding the theme of the poem.

Moreover, the detailing that are possible in the story does not become possible in the poem some times because the words and the rhyming scheme makes it a little difficult to inculcate everything in the poem which is possible in the story.
