Personally, I don't think that natural supplements make a huge difference when it comes to your health. Although it may be important to use supplements if you lack vitamins or if your overall health is not up to par, ultimately, supplements cannot be as good as getting your vitamins from food, vegetables, fruit, and the Sun. So, instead of relying of supplements, it may be better to change your lifestyle a bit and you will be healthier.
