Cross-examination when the lawyer is questioning a witness

The third alternative is correct.

The judgement is composed of several stages, ranging from the opening of the process to the final verdict of the judge. In a judgement, both parties have the constitutional right to full defense and a fair trial. Each party makes its considerations about the facts in judgment. Moreover, witnesses are summoned who can tell everything they know before judgment. After the witness's speech, a period of interrogation is opened, where the lawyer can question the witness's allegations when he or she considers that there is some kind of contradiction. Therefore, it is at the cross-examination stage that the credibility of the witness can be undermined.

What problems have rapid urbanization in Southeast Asia caused?
Mnenie [13.5K]

The rapid urbanization in Southeast Asia has caused many problems. As the urbanization was way to rapid, and it was not well planned, the urban areas look like everything but urban. The housing problem is huge, as there's not enough for the demand on place, so lot of people live in very small living areas. The basic needs for life, like clean water and electricity are not on good level, often lacking. The environment has been destroyed because of clearing up space, but also after the people have settled, as the garbage and sewage go directly into the closest water bodies. Fertile soil that could have been used for agriculture has been destroyed for building settlements. The badly planned urbanization also led to building on places that are not safe, like places where there are low ground waters and aquifers, places that are always under danger of floods, places that have soft sediments and sink.

Sergeu [11.5K]

A fund known as an agency fund is used to keep track of the assets held by a government while it is temporarily serving as the agent of another government unit, a private party, or both.

Do agency funds qualify as fiduciary funds?

Financial statements for fiduciary funds must be used by governments to report their fiduciary activities. These disclosures disclose four different categories of fiduciary funds in accordance with current regulations: agency funds, investment trust funds, private-purpose trust funds, and pension (and other employee benefit) trust funds.

Agency money and custodial funds are the same, right?

The biggest change is that, whereas Agency funds had previously displayed everything in the Statement of Fiduciary Net Position as assets and liabilities, Custodial funds would now display Net Position (the difference between assets and liabilities) where it had not previously been.
