I'd choose this dialogue to revise your sentence:

It feels like the option that best uses the dialogue to improve this sentence, because the other options are either too informal or just the same sentence as the original one.

Im sorry but i had to say some thing

Your gonna make other RANDOM people to do a essay!!! Let me tell you in 6th grade people used to make me do their work!!! ALL THE TIME!  and i always said yes(For some reason). But i like how you say "Will mark brainiest when i can!" Are you for real that busy !!! So your telling me that you cant sit down and write something go to your class AND TURN IT IN!!! Dang how ppl  are these days!

One activity that I don’t like doing is public speaking. When public speaking I feel as there is no time for breaks. When writing a test u can stop for a moment and breathe, but speaking publicly doesn’t give you that option. I can’t even express myself to the best of my ability because of how much stress and pressure I get while publicity speaking
