Which statement provides the BEST example of a claim that would appear in a book or essay by a comparative literature scholar?
AnnZ [28]

Answer:

d. Jane Austen’s novels Pride and Prejudice and Emma address similar themes of class and social position.

Explanation:

This is because, to compare two different stories, there is need for them to have a similar background. For the comparative literature scholar, the above example would offer him the best option to draft a comparative essay on.

He or she would be able to compare both novel based on their theme, the structure of the novel, the story-line involved as well as the protagonists and antagonists found in the novel.
