It would be:
Businesses will likely hire more workers - it means that the business due to lower tax rate can expand slowly and add more manpower to its management and company.
Businesses will likely earn more profits- lesser liabilities and expenditures can save more revenue that can add in profits or reinvest to earn more profits.
Businesses will likely invest more in the economy- having lower tax rate attracts businesses to invest in the country's economy thus rejuvenating the economy of the country.

How did the Union's strategy at the start of the civil war differ from the confederacy's strategy?
Wewaii [24]

Answer:

The Union originally wanted to reunite the country, but after the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, the Union goal changed to include the abolition of slavery. The Confederacy had the same goal throughout the war: to incorporate all slave states and secede from the Union, survive, and defend its territory.

How might you use this document to argue that equality is the most important ideal in the DOI
Anestetic [448]

Answer:

I think that equality is the primary ideal, out of which all of the other ones are based. Without equality as the FIRST and MOST important right, it might be easy for others to try to take away your human and civil rights (not see them as 'inalienable). If a certain group or class is better than others (if there is no equality) the class that thinks it's better will try to control everyone else. So without equality the people have no right to decide how they want to be governed and no ability to change or abolish government if they don't like it or it gets out of control.
