The case Regents of the University of California v. Bakke changed the affirmative action programs in the US because the US Supreme Court declared that affirmative actions were constitutional, but the use of racial quotas was invalidated. The Court decided that the University could not have only racial quotas, the race could one used as one criterion in the admissions, but not the only one.

This changed affirmative action programs because it limited the scope of them and as a result, several US states prohibited affirmative action programs based on race.

US aid to foreign nations can include support for foreign military operations.
stiv31 [10]

US aid to foreign nations can include support for foreign military operations.

true

Explanation:

In theory, this would be akin to waging war and is not permitted but in practice it s something that is usually done by the US.

The other alternative to this would be to support the peacekeeping force of the UN but that is a neutral power.

In the US, the usual military support goes to one side in the conflict that is able to profit from that and they are the ones that are able to assert influence there and then on provide direct control through US.

Thus, the foreign policy does include this but not officially.

What key points does President Kennedy make in his “Inaugural Address”?
ra1l [238]
It was also in his inaugural address that John F. Kennedy spoke his famous words, "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." This use of chiasmus can be seen even as a thesis statement of his speech – a call to action for the public to do what is right for the greater good.
