Want to help but need the pictures that show the information. For example, 2 is asking you to fill in the blanks of the children. So maybe there is a family tree they gave you? 3 CHarles est … de Michel. Can’t tell without a family tree but it could be une frere (brother) etc. you get the idea? 10 is asking for the Sons names of Maurice and Jeanine. 11 is their daughters names.
