The answer is:

'Third person omniscient'

Because:

Third person limited happens when the story is told from a character's perspective,

Third person omniscient is told by a narrator that is external to the story (i.e. not a character).

Conclusion:

The story says words like 'she', and says the character's name 'Alice'. So that would imply that the answer is omniscient, because the story is told by an narrator in the third person view.

Well, cyber bullies will go online and target people, and make fun of them with absolutely no concern of the targets feelings. But with it being online you can help the target by telling the bully to back off, or block them. and if you have the power, ban them. Cyber bullying has a bad effect on everyone so if you see them tell someone."
