2. Describe salad<br>Answer:
Serjik [45]

Answer:

A salad is any dish that contains raw, fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, etc. that is healthy. Most salads also contain meat of one's choice, and often times fruits such as avocadoes, cherry tomatoes, pineapples, etc.

Explanation:

The definition of "salad" as given by Merriam-Webster is as follows-

<em>"any of various usually cold dishes: such as </em>

<em>a: raw greens (such as lettuce) often combined with other vegetables and toppings and served especially with dressing </em>

<em>b: small pieces of food (such as pasta, meat, fruit, or vegetables) usually mixed with a dressing (such as mayonnaise) or set in gelatin"</em>

This means that a salad is any dish that contains raw, fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, etc. that is healthy. Most salads also contain meat of one's choice, and often times fruits such as avocadoes, cherry tomatoes, pineapples, etc.

Though there is no definite 'idea or form' of what constitutes a salad, one can infer that it majorly refers to the combination of raw vegetables with a dressing that is healthy and nutritional for a person. Salads can differ from one person to another, depending on their preferences, palates, and availability of the ingredients.

Explain why you agree or disagree with the diagnosis of ileitis as the reason for the test being requested
Dimas [21]
I have searched for more details about the question:

You are working in a large multi-specialty practice where you and one other person share the responsibility of scheduling necessary diagnostic tests and surgical procedures for the patients. You are preparing to send diagnostic test requests to the hospital lab and you notice that your coworker has written the diagnosis of ileitis on a request for a 24-hour esophageal pH <span>monitoring test.

I disagree with doing a 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring test. In a patient with ileitis, the esophageal pH is unrelated with the condition. Unless the patient as a concurrent disease such as chronic GERD but it should be indicated also in the diagnosis. A more fitting diagnostic test for ileitis would be blood exams such as CBC and platelet count, urinalysis (as UTI can present with signs and symptoms similar to ileitis), and a colonoscopy to directly visualize the rectum, large intestine, and the terminal ileum of the small intestine. </span>

Which of the following might be a sign of excessive stress?
Mkey [24]
<span>The answer is letter B.<span>

<span>People who have troubles in sleeping are usually the ones who are under a lot of stress. Too much anxiety can cause the brain to overthink situations that are yet to come which then causes a restless state leading to a lack of sleep. Often times, people who lack sleep end up getting easily frustrated and most of the time get easily annoyed. To get out of this, one should practice at least 10 minutes of complete silence to reflect on things followed by deep breathing. This calms the mind and it helps it to shift the attention of a person putting him/her into a relaxed sleepy state.</span></span></span>
